Farm to Fork


Farm to Fork. Farm to Fork Chef's Demonstration Dinner by the Octopus's Garden on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 6 PM - 9 PM. Enjoy a Five Course Meal Created using fresh farm raised locally sustainable products, all prepared for you Live! The evening will be Interactive, Fun and Educating with wine pairing available from local New Jersey Winery, Sharrott Winery.

The 5 Course Menu will include:
-Poached Pear wrapped in Prosciutto w/ Bleu Cheese & Baby Arugula
-Caramelized Onion & Apple Puff Pastry “flat bread”
-Winter squash Bisque, w/ Crisp Pancetta
-Roast pork Loin w/ Bacon Sprouts, Cranberry Relish, Wild Mushroom Polenta
-No bake Sleepy Hollow Pumpkin Cheesecake
