There are few things more rewarding than tasting fresh, homegrown fruits and vegetables. The annual Barnegat Farmer's Market is coming to town every Thursday, starting June 24th and running until September 30th. Visitors will enjoy the availability of freshly picked vegetables fruits flowers and herbs, as well as homemade dressings, honey, jam and bread. Gourmet pasta, meats, cheeses and soups will also be available, along with a few craft vendors. So, come support your local New Jersey farmers and improve the quality of your food all in one bright and airy shop! The Barnegat Farmer's Market starts at 12:00pm and runs until 5:00pm every week! Bring your little explorers to see, touch and learn about shellfish gardening in the Barnegat Bay. Visit the shellfish nursery where thousands of baby shellfish are grown every Friday through September from 10:00am until 11:00am locate at the Barnegat Light Public Boat Ramp Bayview Avenue & 10th Street, Barnegat Light.
