The name, just as unique as the quality seafood that is served, came from the fact that because the area surrounding the restaurant, even though the land is part of Stafford Township, everyone nicknamed Mud City. So, the owners knew there was no better name for a crab house in that location than Mud City Crab House. Mud City Crab House opened in 1999 and now, the restaurant is entering its 15th summer! Mud City Crab House offers everything from muscles to lobsters and everything nautical in-between! In addition to the traditional BYOB, Mud City Crab House now has a liquor license, so they are offering beer , wine and margaritas! Mud City Crab House is also going to begin serving lunch on the patio! Mud City Crab House is opened year-round.
