PYOUR RYDE and MAT
Pyour Ryde is going to get your heart pounding and your body burning calories! This is an all level class, as you are encouraged to work at your own pace; however instructors will be apt to push you to race up and down hills and turn some tough corners! This 25 minute ride will have you singing and sweating all at the same time! Following the Ryde, will be the use of a mini stability ball and other props to enhance a full total body workout, leaving you strong and flexible. This is not your average "mat" class, this class works to stretch, lengthen, strengthen, and tone your muscles while challenging stability.
